Tell a Friend, Bring a Friend Campaign 

As we discussed during our recent General Meeting of the PTO on Thursday evening, the school is facing a serious deficit.  It is necessary that we increase income to the school to create a balanced budget.  To this end, PLEASE return your re-registration intent form and re-registration papers on Monday so that we may have an accurate count of returning students for next year.  Also, PLEASE encourage your relatives, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to join our school family by registering NOW.  We need to increase our student enrollment, especially in grades K - 3.  This year, we anticipated a registration of 153 students, but have only 142 currently enrolled.  We need a minimum of 160-180 students to rectify our current deficit of approximately $100,000, or to increase tuition / fees / fundraising by $1000 per student, NOT family, to project a balanced budget for next year.  WE NEED YOU do your part to keep our school operational! 

 “Save the School” Financial Council 

Mrs. Hyatt is seeking interested parents, faculty, alumni, alumni parents, current or former parishioners, and other friends of the school and parish to join a “Save the School” Financial Council to determine immediate solutions to the school and parish’s financial crisis, as well as to create a long-term plan for solvency.  Please call Mrs. Hyatt at 305-932-4912 to join this important committee.  Our first meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 25 in room 4 at 7 p.m.
