**Families who are registered and contributing parishioners of St. Lawrence Church enrich our parish through their gifts of time, talent, and treasure.  They take part in Mass  every Sunday, contribute a minimum of $10.00 each week using our Parish Offertory envelopes.  They take part in parish ministries, work in our carnival, and are active in our school PTO.  We remind our parishioner families that your tuition rate is based on your total Sunday Offertory contributions for the preceding calendar year.  A minimum of $500.00 of Sunday Offertory contributions is required to qualify for the "Parishioner" rate.  Your tuition for the 2012 - 2013 school year will reflect your Sunday Offertory contributions for the past year, January 1, 2011 to January 1, 2012.

Tuition payments may be made annually (June 1, 2012), semi-annually (June 1, 2012 & December 1, 2012), in a 10 month plan (September-June), or an 11 month plan (August-June).  For those able to make a full payment by June 1, 2012, a tuition discount of $200.00 is offered.  For those who choose to pay semi-annually, on June 1, 2012, and on December 1, 2012, there will be a total tuition discount of $100.00.

(Note:  If paid by deadline dates, these are the SAME RATES as 2010– 2011 & 2011—2012.)

* “Bring A Friend” Campaign:  Bring in a friend who enrolls and completes a year, and the following year you will receive a renovation fund fee credit of $275.00.  You will be notified by the office if you are eligible to receive this credit.

* The School Renovation Fund Fee is due in full by November 1, 2012, OR at $27.50 per month with the tuition payment.

Fundraising Support

Each family is required to contribute to fundraising, as follows:

Sell $100.00 minimum of  raffle books

Sell $100 minimum of candy bars OR $50 Jammin’ in the Hall contribution

Complete 25 service hours or contribute $10/hour for unmet hours each year.  ($250)

Make donations for Carnival / School fundraisers equivalent to $100.00 

Total Fundraising support:  $500.00
